Health and Therapeutic Services
Integrative Medicine &
Integrative medicine is an approach to care that puts the patient at the center and addresses the full range of physical, emotional, mental, social, spiritual and environmental influences that affect a person’s health.
Massage therapy involves light to deep stroking of soft tissue with or without oil. People seek massage therapy for a variety of reasons—to reduce stress and anxiety, relax muscles, rehabilitate injuries, reduce pain, and promote overall wellness.
Our approach to healthcare evaluates the whole person (body, energy, mind) and combines modern medicine with therapies such as ayurveda, yoga, biofeedback, Bowen, Jin Shin Jyutsu and more to treat and heal.
We are dedicated to supporting individuals in their quest to create a more vibrant and healthy life. We provide easy to understand information about health and offer programs for a healthy lifestyle.
We are passionate about:
Making the information and tips we provide for healthy living easy to understand
Providing clear, accurate, and scientifically verified information on why we recommend what we do at our health and wellness center
Breaking down the information and guidance we provide into easy to implement steps, because even a small change in your lifestyle and habits makes a big difference
Encouraging you to have compassion for yourself as you move through your life and journey to vibrant health
Linking lifestyle changes to joy and love, so that you see the emotional benefits of the changes you make
We want you to enjoy growing, exploring, and discovering your connection to your body, mind and spirit through this integrative process. We hope you’ll join us on your journey to vibrant health.
