Sleep Support for Pitta

Ayurvedic Sleep Clinic

Ayurveda teaches us that people with excess amounts of pitta dosha—a combination of fire and water elements—can experience an imbalance of heat in the body. This heat can cause inflammation, adrenal fatigue, digestive problems, and disturb the cycle of sleep. For anyone experiencing pitta-related sleep issues, Kathryn Templeton suggests nourishing ayurvedic techniques to help you cool down, so that you can get a soothing and rejuvenating night’s rest.
