Manipura Chakra: Energy & Transformation Through Fire

Chakras: Back to Basics

The manipura chakra is known as the “city of gems”—not ordinary gems, but self-effulgent gems that shine by their own light. Located at the navel center, this chakra governs our gut intelligence and our ability to see clearly. Associated with the element of fire, the manipura chakra represents purpose, courage, and self-confidence. Shari Friedrichsen explains the benefits of a healthy third chakra and what happens when we become out of balance here. Discover how to strengthen your manipura chakra for a life filled with vitality, clarity, and determination!
