Living Yoga 24/7: Practical Self-Mastery in Modern Life

For millennia, yogis have shaped the course of human civilization as the thought leaders and visionaries of their time. They did so while embodying the pinnacle of lasting fulfillment and freedom. How? By discovering the essence of our common humanity through the power of yoga and living this experience 24/7. This is the potential that practical self-mastery holds for us all.

In this livestream with Ishan Tigunait, learn how you can bring the power of yoga into your daily life. We will explore how the union of yoga practice, yoga lifestyle, and yoga wisdom is the foundation for unlocking our full human potential. By systematically weaving these three elements together, we can learn to experience our self and our world in a new light.

To achieve the promise of living our yoga 24/7, we need practical tools enlivened by the deeper power of yoga. In this experiential livestream, we explore how to achieve energetic stability through yogic breathing and how to unlock the extraordinary vibrancy of our inner reality. These two master practices will illuminate both the mundane and the sacred in your life, and put you on the path to practical self-mastery.
