Guided Relaxation with Yogic Breathing

Healthy breathing is the foundation of all yoga techniques and sets the stage for a fulfilling experience in our asana, relaxation, and meditation practices. In this guided practice with David Goddard, explore how the five qualities of yogic breathing lay the groundwork for a deep and effective systematic relaxation. This combined practice of breath-shaping and relaxation can be used anytime you need to rest and unwind, and serves as an excellent preparation for meditation.
