Experiencing the Benevolence of Breath and Prana

The sages tell us that the qualities inherent in our life force (prana shakti) are the qualities of the divine will itself. This experience manifests in our yoga practice as a sense of protection, inspiration, and purposefulness. In this dynamic guided practice, Greg Capitolo leads us through conscious, breath-aligned movement—the formula used by yogis to access and awaken the experience of prana shakti. The class concludes with guided nadi shodhana and aharana pranayama practices.
