Conquering the Strongest Enemies of the Mind

Transforming Life into a Spiritual Quest

Our quest for self-realization, as sincere seekers, begins when we recognize a need to improve our life and to identify certain mental tendencies that are causing us pain and problems. To progress on this path, we must apply antidotes that are qualitatively and quantitatively larger than the negative tendencies they address and that are applied at the right time. Listen to Pandit Tigunait’s satsang to discover tools from the Bhagavad Gita and the Yoga Sutra for implementing this process, and conquer the enemies of your mind!
