Chaotic vs. Meaningful Change

Spirituality & the Dynamic Force of Change

Change is the foundation for the stability we see in the world—it allows the intrinsic potential of absolute truth to manifest. But how can we ensure that change is socially conscious and productive rather than chaotic and destructive? In the second installment of the series Spirituality & the Dynamic Force of Change, Pandit Tigunait explains that the key lies in the kind of mind we bring to change: restless or peaceful. When we use the tools of yoga to embrace change with a peaceful mind, then we are no longer at the mercy of whatever circumstances life brings our way. Then we can bring meaningful change, acting for the conscious upliftment of ourselves, our community, society, and humanity as a whole.
