3 Day / 2 Night Retreat Includes

  • 60 Minute Massage: Massage therapy has many benefits—it reduces stress and anxiety, relaxes muscles, rehabilitates injuries, reduces pain, and promotes overall wellness.
  • 60 Minute Shirodhara: The pinnacle of ayurvedic treatments, Shirodhara is the streaming of warm oil onto the center of the forehead. Our most popular service, it is deeply relaxing and meditative. Shirodhara is followed by a massage to the scalp.
  • 60 Minute Building Resilience Assessment: Resilience is the capacity to prepare for, recover from, and adapt in the face of stress, adversity, trauma, or challenge. In this session modern, computerized biofeedback techniques will be used to assess your breathing and resilience.
  • 60 Minute Ayurvedic Consultation: Receive personalized diet and lifestyle recommendations to support your specific needs and goals, including supportive yogic practices.
  • Introduction to Ayurveda Lecture: Learn about the fundamental principles of Ayurveda and how to use this understanding to increase self-awareness and bring greater balance into your own life.

Who Manages the Program?

Judy Moulton is a Himalayan Institute certified and Yoga Alliance recognized E-RYT 500, an Ayurvedic Health Counselor registered with the National Ayurvedic Medical Association (NAMA), and a contributor to Judy is also the director of the Himalayan Institute’s teacher certification programs and a key facilitator within those programs. Having experienced the immense transformative power of yoga directly, she relies on her own personal practice of yoga and ayurveda to support her daily life and is dedicated to helping others to do the same. Judy’s style of teaching combines breath-connected movement, classical asanas, breath training, and systematic relaxation to access a state of deep inner awareness as preparation for meditative practice.
