Class Descriptions

All Levels: Provides a balanced practice that typically includes asana, breath training, systematic relaxation, and seated meditation. Appropriate for all levels of experience, including beginners.

Beginners: Intended for those who are new to yoga, as well as students who may wish to revisit the fundamentals of the practice.

Chair Yoga: This class uses chairs for support during movement. Appropriate for all levels of experience, including beginners and those with limited mobility.

Deep Stretch: A class using longer holds to access deeper stages of release. Appropriate for all levels of practitioner.

Gentle Yoga: A slower paced class designed to gently move and stretch the body while increasing overall awareness. Appropriate for all levels of practitioner, including beginners.

Level 2: May include more vigorous asana flows, longer holds, and other techniques to refine awareness. Recommended for students who have some comfort and familiarity with all major classes of asana postures.

Restorative: Includes some active movements and stretching, followed by traditional restorative postures practiced on the floor with props for support. Appropriate for all levels of experience, including beginners.

Stretch, Relax, Meditate: A gentle class designed to release tension and increase awareness in order to prepare for the more subtle practices of yoga. Includes systematic relaxation and guided meditation. Appropriate for all levels of practitioner, including beginners.
