Owner, Instructor, Musician. Monica began her journey with BambooMoves 7 years ago working as Englewood's Studio Manager and eventually becoming a 200 hour certified instructor through BambooMoves Advanced Practitioner Training. Monica has changed physically, emotionally, and spiritually as a result of her disciplined practice and wishes to bring the same life changing overall wellness to her students in Baltimore. Monica feels that helping people unlock their true power and connect to those around them is the most important aspect of her teaching. Finding joy and happiness in life is something everyone can access by changing the way in which the mind thinks. Monica is also a professional singer/songwriter who has released several recordings, most recently a yoga mantra album "Veil of Time", recorded with NYC's top sound engineer Robert L. Smith ('The Get Down,' Lady Gaga, Glee) and co-produced by Joe Bonadio, drummer (Sting, Marc Cohn). You can see her performing LIVE every Wednesday night at 6pm during the All Levels Live Music Class!
