Cues for Physical & Energetic Stability
To experience physical and energetic stability in asana practice, we need to become aware of the three main parts of the spine—the lumbar, thoracic, and cervical regions (lower, middle, and upper spine). In this talk, Judy Moulton shares cues for helping students cultivate spinal stability and explores how these refinements can lead to a rich and fulfilling experience of yoga practice.
