Chelsea first fell in love with yoga while in Costa Rica in 2011. It was there that over a three-week period she infinitely knew that yoga was going to become a vital part of her life and recovery.
When she returned home, she took a class about the philosophy of yoga and tried many studios until she found one that felt like home. In 2014 she took a 200-hour training in hatha yoga.
She has since taught at various studios in the Philadelphia area. She has continued her studies to include reiki and herbal medicine, as well as how to teach trauma-informed and restorative yoga classes. Most recently she completed her master’s in health and wellness and works as a health coach at Noom Inc.
