Our program offers yoga teachers from all traditions advanced studies with personalized refinements of teaching methods, sequencing strategies, verbal and hands-on assists, and practical application of subtle body anatomy in asana teaching. Deepen your understanding of classic limbs of yoga practice, and develop techniques for teaching pranayama, sense withdrawal, and meditation. Explore therapeutic applications of yoga for mental and physical well-being; and study the Yoga Sutra, Bhagavad Gita and other seminal texts in detail. This is a comprehensive program designed to address the individual needs of participants, and support teachers as they develop skills and expertise in yoga theory and practice.
This program is presented in three 10-day segments offered each year in the spring, summer, and fall (scroll down for descriptions). Participants may take up to three years to complete all three segments, which may be taken in any order. To receive certification, participants must also submit a teaching log of 100 hours taught from the date of their 200-hour certification. This is a Yoga Alliance requirement.
Prerequisite: 200-hour teacher certification from an accredited yoga school

Accommodations are not included. Program begins at 6:30 am on the start date. Accommodations will need to begin one day prior to the start date.
