Join Caitlin Kelly, Philadelphia based yoga teacher, Reiki master, and restoration specialist for a retreat from the cold and winter blues. Immerse yourself in restorative, yin, and yoga nidra throughout the weekend, fully supported by blankets, props, and bolsters. Also included are activities to promote self care in the winter months. We’ll journal, make tea, practice hands on adjustments, and spend the weekend with nothing to do and nowhere to be. Rest and relaxation is your only job.
Friday: Check in is at 4:00 p.m., and we’ll have an introduction session after dinner.
Saturday: Three sessions throughout the day, including a restorative practice and yoga nidra before bed.
Sunday: Closing morning session, lunch and goodbyes.
*Investment: $200 paid to Caitlin via cash, check, or venmo. Please register by February 1st to reserve your space. Payment plans are available if you’d like, and please let me know if funds are a challenge.
*Accommodations are booked through the Himalayan Institute website, and start at $65 per night for a shared room. Vegetarian meal plans are available for $30 per day. There are daily yoga classes led by teachers at the Himalayan Institute, and the Sri Vidya shrine is available for daily meditation.
