Holistic Recovery was born from the simple instructions of the 12 steps and the ancient wisdom of yoga. We have all used drugs, alcohol, sex, food, people, shopping, money, scrolling — an endless list of outside things — in an attempt to solve the inner longing for spiritual freedom and lasting fulfillment.
Yoga and the 12 steps illuminate the obstacles that we place in our own way, as well as giving loving instructions to navigate the path to our internal sanctuary where we find lasting joy and freedom.
