- MELT method that is designed to reconnect whole-body communication, rebalance the nervous system, rehydrate the connective tissue, and release compression in joints.
- Yoga classes that provide a balanced practice that typically includes asana, breath training, systematic relaxation, and seated meditation. Appropriate for all levels of experience, including beginners.
- Mindful Walking, nontraditional form of meditation in helping to: connect with the environment, communicate with nature, get to know your body, slow you down, strengthen concentration, increase your awareness of intention, expand everyday mindfulness, and connect to the present moment.

On your last day you will have plenty of down time to rest and detox in your own personal way and visit the Himalayan Institute’s Wellness Center where you can book a massage and relax.
