It’s not what you think!

It’s easy to let our thoughts get the best of us. Join us to slow
down, stay present and give our minds a well-deserved rest.

Our goal this weekend is simple: to explore new ways of responding to circumstance. We’ll spend time both indoors and outside. Besides learning methods for reducing stress, we’ll hear inspirational stories, practice loosening our mental grips and gain a new appreciation for space.
