The Practice of Purashcharana.
One of the most powerful methods for seamlessly integrating mantra and consciousness is to undertake a purashcharana. This practice consists of repeating a mantra a specific number of times each day for a set period. A purashcharana can be concluded in as little as one day, or it may continue for weeks, months, or even years. Whatever is the length of practice, completing a purashcharana will deepend your meditation, magnify the energy of your mantra, and help you overcome the impediments that obstruct spiritual progress. Below are resources to aid you on the path of a purashcharana.
