This was awesome. My third day of the cleanse was feeling restful, low energy but nimble mind and I needed some restorative yoga. This was a beautiful practice. I feel after a few times I could do this on my own with a timed bell so I can stay in the poses longer. Thank you so much!

I felt like I was back at Kripalu.. Thank you Sudha, for coming into my home and sharing your healing practice.

I just finished watching this restorative practice. I very much enjoyed Sudha’s loving kindness, expressed in words and actions as she took her time offering variations to each set up and giving hands-on assists to help the students soften and open into their unique expression of each posture. I will do it later this afternoon, and will just watch the set up again then take the posture and play my own music so I can go deeper.
Thanks, Sudha. Jai Bhagwan!

With respect, practitioners can find deeper senses of release without narration during poses (silence) and much longer times in the poses.
