Day 6
Welcome to Day 6 of the cleanse!
As you move into the last two days of the cleanse, you’ve probably carved out some extra free time to reflect. You may want to spend that time in meditation and do some restorative practices to allow the cleanse’s purifying effects to move into your heart and mind. Being in silence, communing with nature, reflecting on what’s important to you will promote clarity and insight around mental and emotional challenges that you face and ensure that this week benefits you as deeply as possible.
Questions for Self-Reflection
During your meditation practice you may find it useful to ask yourself the following questions: What aspects of my lifestyle and diet seem to be serving me well? What aspects of my lifestyle and diet don’t seem to be serving me? What changes do I want to make in my life?
Just allow the questions to come to the surface today and think about them. Tomorrow we’ll encourage you to dig a little deeper by journaling and thinking about how to move forward with your life after the cleanse.
Today we recommend doing two more of the following yoga practices:
MELLOW: Earth: Spiraling Down Yoga with Sarah Powers
PRANAYAMA: Nadi Shodhanam Pranayama with Shari Friedhrichsen
MEDITATION: Yoga Nidra with Rod Stryker
Looking for a different level of practice today? Gentler? More challenging? Visit our resources page for more options.
Make a batch of the Rejuvenating Veggie Broth. We offer this mineral-rich broth, which you will eat on the last day of your cleanse, to support the transition from cleansing phase to the rejuvenation phase. It is very tasty, nourishing, and soothing to your body.
Have a wonderful day!
