Welcome to Day 3 of the cleanse!
As you get further into the process of cleansing you may start to feel different. Some people have an easy time of things while others find themselves a little out of sorts in some way. There is no right way to feel. The cleansing process simply provides an opening for the body and mind to make adjustments. Although the week is filled with balanced and healthy practices, every body (and mind) reacts differently and those reactions may change from day to day.
Today we recommend that you focus your yoga practice on purifying your mental and physical digestive fire and that you familiarize yourself with two more Ayurvedic practices that are included in your morning routine, Neti and Nasya.
We recommend you consider choosing two or more of these yoga practices today.
ENERGIZING: Devarshi’s Moderate Kripalu Yoga
DIGESTIVE: Seane Corn’s Detox Flow Yoga
MEDITATION: Sandra Anderson’s Pratyahara Meditation
Looking for a different level of practice today? Gentler? More challenging? Visit our resources page for more options.
Every morning you will use a Neti Pot to keep your nasal passages clear and open. The practice of Neti, which takes a little getting used to, helps clear dust and dirt from the nasal passages and brings relief to common respiratory symptoms such as congestion, sinus pain, sneezing, and allergies.
