Pancha Karma Program

Pancha Karma is ayurveda’s quintessential cleansing and rejuvenation treatment. It removes deep-seated toxins and balances the doshas, rejuvenating the tissues and the mind.

This deep cleansing allows rejuvenating energy to flow freely through the body and mind, leaving you feeling peaceful, calm and renewed.

The program includes:

  • Ayurvedic consultation,
  • Biofeedback session,
  • Daily hatha yoga class,
  • Daily cleansing massage,
  • Daily oil treatment (Shirodhara & Nasya),
  • Daily steam therapy (Swedhana),
  • Light cleansing diet,
  • Oil-based enema (Basti) or other cleansing techniques, as prescribed,
  • Evening lectures on ayurveda, cleansing, and meditation,
  • Two fresh organic juices daily,
  • Concluding appointment with lifestyle recommendations, and
  • Four nights in your own private chalet-style guest house apartment.

Schedule

The program begins Wednesday afternoon with an ayurvedic consultation and an evening orientation. Treatments follow on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, concluding with a review of recommendations on Sunday.  Depart after lunch on Sunday.

Total for services, meals, and accommodations

Cost:
Total cost for the Pancha Karma Program is $1,750, which includes all services, 4 nights’ private accommodations and meals. Please plan in advance to reserve space for Pancha Karma as there is a limit of four clients per scheduled session. A $500 deposit is required at the time of registration.

Cancellation:
If you cancel at least two weeks prior to your Pancha Karma start date, we will refund 100% of your deposit. If you cancel one to two weeks prior to the program, 50% of your deposit can be applied to another Pancha Karma program, and the remaining 50% of your deposit is forfeited.  If you cancel less than one week prior to your scheduled Pancha Karma start date, there is no refund.

Note:
Pancha Karma is contraindicated during pregnancy and may aggravate an already difficult menstruation. Please plan accordingly when selecting a weekend.
