Ayurvedic Rejuvenation Program

Our Ayurvedic Rejuvenation Program is the hallmark of the Himalayan Institute Total Health Center, offering a comprehensive and personalized plan for achieving optimal health. Please call the us at 570-647-1500 to inquire about availability and to make a reservation.

The program includes

  • Initial Evaluation: A holistic evaluation from the perspective of both ayurvedic and allopathic medicine;
  • Treatment Program: A custom-designed program including therapeutic ayurvedic body treatments, biofeedback training, yoga therapy, breath training, nutritional counseling, homeopathy, and ayurvedic herbs, as appropriate; and
  • At-Home Treatment Plan: A plan to nourish your inner healing potential in the context of your daily life.

Ayurvedic Rejuvenation Rates

(package rates may vary based on treatments)

3 Day / 3 Night Package:

  • 1 holistic evaluation
  • 2 sessions of biofeedback
  • 2 sessions of yoga therapy
  • 2 therapeutic massages
  • Freshly cooked vegetarian meals daily
  • Total for services: $695 (plus accommodations)

7 Day / 7 Night Package:

  • 3 holistic evaluations
  • 5 sessions of biofeedback
  • 5 sessions of yoga therapy
  • 5 therapeutic massages
  • Freshly cooked vegetarian meals daily
  • Total for services: $1,585 (plus accommodations)

10 day / 10 Night Package:

  • 3 holistic evaluations
  • 8 sessions of biofeedback
  • 8 sessions of yoga therapy
  • 8 therapeutic massages
  • Freshly cooked vegetarian meals daily
  • Total for services: $2,265 (plus accommodations)

Reserve Your Ayurvedic Rejuvenation Program

Please call The Himalayan Institute Total Health Center at 570-647-1500 to inquire about availability and to make a reservation.

  • Deposit: A deposit of $200.00 is required for the 3-day package and $500.00 for 7-10 day packages.
  • Cancellation Policy: If a cancellation is made two weeks prior to the scheduled arrival, the deposit will be refunded. If a cancellation is made 1-2 weeks prior to arrival, 50% of the deposit may be applied to a future program. For cancellations made less than one week prior to your scheduled Ayurvedic Rejuvenation program start date, there is no refund.
