AYS Frequently Asked Questions
Can I take all 4 units at one location? Can I take one unit somewhere else?
You may take all 4 units at the same location, or, if you like, you can take them separately in different locations. The program at the Community College in Annapolis is an exception to this rule. Because it is in a college setting, you must take all 4 units there.
I am not sure if I’m ready or qualified to take this program. What should I do?
If you are going for the certification, you must have a 200-Hour Teacher certification from a Yoga
Alliance approved school. With your basis in the 200-Hour training, you will be more than capable of handling this training. And if you love Ayurveda, you will do very well!
I do not have a 200-Hour Certification, can I still do the training?
Yes, you can. However, you will not receive the certification. If you intend to complete a 200-Hour
program in the future, please communicate that to us so we can discuss awarding you the certificate
at a later date.
Where do I register? Who do I pay?
You register and pay with the location you are taking the training from. You do not register or pay
through Kathryn Templeton. For example, if you are taking the training at the Himalayan Institute,
you would register and pay them directly. If you are taking one unit in Dallas, another unit in
Connecticut and another in Halifax, you would separately register and pay for each of those units
with those respective locations.
I still have more questions!
Just email hello@kathryntempleton.com. Give us a day or two to get back to you!
