JULY 25-27: WEEKEND SEMINAR The Yoga Sutra One by One.
The definitive text on yoga was written by the sage Patanjali over two thousand years ago. Consisting of just 195 short sentences, Patanjali’s words offer countless layers of insight into the spiritual aims of yoga. This seminar includes the opportunity to learn a little Sanskrit, translate ancient theory into modern practice, and reflect on the final goal of yoga. You will also catch glimpses of other texts, such as the Bhagavad Gita, as we move through the text.

JULY 28-31: 4–DAY INTENSIVE The Yoga Sutra One by One.
The intensive consists of an evening program, beginning at 7:30 or 8:00 pm. The daytime hours include morning classes and free time for meditation, study, exercise, rest and invitation to karma yoga.Hours are applicable towards the Institute's teacher training program at the 500-hour level.
