APRIL 18–20: WEEKEND SEMINAR The Yoga Sutra One-by-One.
The definitive text on yoga was written by the sage Patanjali over two thousand years ago. Consisting of just 195 short sentences, Patanjali’s words offer countless layers of insight into the spiritual aims of yoga. This seminar will start at the beginning and progress through the primary sutras one at a time. This includes the opportunity to learn a little Sanskrit, translate ancient theory into modern practice, and reflect on the point of it all. You will also catch glimpses of other texts, such as the Bhagavad Gita, as we move through the text.

APRIL 21–24: 4–DAY INTENSIVE The Yoga Sutra One-by-One.
The intensive consists of an evening program, beginning at 7:30 or 8:00 pm. The daytime hours are free for meditation, study, exercise, rest and invitation to karma yoga.
