The Bhagavad Gita is a spiritual jewel embedded in an epic story of India. It unfolds as a dialogue between Arjuna, a seeker caught in a tumultuous battle, and Krishna, the Lord of Life. Arjuna's uncertainty about his duty leads Krishna to provide him with penetrating guidance - words that address the spiritual and psychological needs of those living in Arjuna's time as well as our own.
