In this workshop, dive deep into the therapeutic potential of yoga. Explore the biomechanical causes of pain, tools for assessment and evaluation, and focused alignments and actions in yoga poses for overcoming pain and restoring the flow of health.
  • Learn how to assess postural types and misalignments
  • Refine your observation skills through a step-by-step shoulder injury case study
  • Apply testing techniques for key muscles involved in postural dysfunction and therapeutic problems
  • Understand the breathing patterns linked to therapeutic problems, and the specific pranayamas to address them; gain tools to assess and direct breathing progress
  • Apply ayurvedic insights on marma therapy to therapeutic problems (beyond simply structural or biomechanical problems) through hatha yoga
