9:30 pm Group Meditation and Prayers

SATURDAY

6:00 am Group Meditation and Prayers
6:30 – 8:00 am Hatha Yoga class
8:00 – 8:30 am Breakfast
10:00 – 12:30 pm Program session (start times vary; session runs 2-2 ½ hours)
12:30 – 1:10 pm Lunch
1:00 – 3:00 pm Free time – Great opportunity to enjoy Total Health Center treatments
3:30 – 5:30 pm Program session (start times vary; sessions run about 2 hours)
6:15 – 6:45 pm Dinner
7:30 – 9:00 pm Program session

SUNDAY

6:00 am Group Meditation and Prayers
6:30 – 8:00 am Hatha Yoga class
8:00 – 8:30 am Breakfast

2:00 pm Checkout time (Luggage storage available at reception area until your departure.)
2:00 – 5:00 pm You are welcome to stay for the afternoon. Also, a great opportunity to enjoy Total Health Center treatments.
