Dive into a life-changing course of study to deepen your understanding of the yoga tradition, and your own personal yoga practice. Drawing from ancient yoga theory and modern knowledge of the body and mind, this program covers the whole of yoga practice: yamas and niymas (lifestyle guidelines), asana (posture), pranayama (breath training), pratyahara (sense withdrawl), dharana (concentration), dhyana (meditation), and samadhi (self realization).
Our 200-hour program also offers you a completely immersive experience with an exceptional teaching team, from which you will emerge a capable, confident, and effective yoga teacher. Training takes place at our spiritually vibrant campus in Honesdale PA, where you not only practice yoga in the classroom but live it moment to moment through the diet (ayurvedic vegetarian), routine, and community experienced during training. Our teaching team comes from diverse backgrounds, and bring over 100 years combined experience in the practice and teaching of yoga.
